- SJSimon JohnJun 18, 20255.0I have recently assisted a family member renew his contract and take on some new products, a very patient team, with a special mention to Khalid, and because the customer in question had difficulty understanding the nuances of the internet and hardware settings, Skye and Fiona set him up with his password retreival and settings that suited him. They went above and beyond in ensuring he left Three store with everything he required functioning as he needed. Thank you to all the team for problem-solving, customer support and their tenacity in seeing the process through to conclusion over four visits - 👍
- GHGunter HoferFeb 8, 20251.0I'm a "Three" customer for over 15 years and I came here in Redhill to asked for a phone upgrade, which I do every 18 month and unbeknown to me they opened a new contract with a new sim and phone which I didn'task for! I just wanted a phone upgrade! I ended up paying for my normal contract and a second contract, which cost me a small fortune as you can imagine! Based on this I can't recommend them! Best avoid, and if not, double check and check again! Some of these guys are paid commissions for opening each contract and reaching targets! I will be avoiding upgrading so I can recoup my losses! Three will be getting much, much less from me, and they lost my trust, which is of much greater loss!
