  The jewellery itself is very high quality as i bought my wife a beautiful solitaire diamond ring from them, but the customer service is non existent. I wanted to commission a ring to be made but it took 3 trips of 2hrs drive to get a quote. Also they promised an email breakdown of the quote which never arrived.

  Roberts is absolutely fabulous 5* service and beautiful jewellery. I brought a really pretty unusual matching ring bracelet and watch. They also repaired cleaned and replace a diamond overnight in my grandmothers ring. I wouldn't go anywhere else .
