  The staff were fantastic, especially Linda and Robert, who truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. As a first time Rolex buyer, I found them incredibly knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire experience.

  I had my wedding ring cut off by the fire service. Was recommended by a friend to take it into Roberts Jewellers. What amazing staff and a beautiful shop. They resized and mended my wedding ring, also resized my engagement ring. I was so pleased to get my rings back on my finger. They even managed to put the pattern on the ring 😁😁

  I got a gold earrings worth £115 and I returned it and they said they could not refund me but gave me a credit of £115 which was valid for one year but when I went to claim my credit they gave me a old silver bar which is worth of only£50.That was not fair. I never wanted to visit there again. I didn't even realise that it was worth of only £50 until I went to other sellers to make a jewellery. I was so much disappointed because of it.
