  Roberts is absolutely fabulous 5* service and beautiful jewellery. I brought a really pretty unusual matching ring bracelet and watch. They also repaired cleaned and replace a diamond overnight in my grandmothers ring. I wouldn't go anywhere else .

  Popped in today with a mercy mission for my son. The clasp on his silver bracelet was broken he thought… However, after looking at it properly they managed to fix it as it had just bent! No charge, really polite, lovely service and a chocolate! Would thoroughly recommend and I have a very happy son - thank you so much…

  The team at Robert's did an excellent job resizing my engagement ring. They also redid the rhodium plating and gave it a polish. It looked amazing when I picked it up!

  The staff were fantastic, especially Linda and Robert, who truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. As a first time Rolex buyer, I found them incredibly knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire experience.
