  I had been suffering with sciatica pain for some time, my sister recommended Joanna and after just one session my pain started to ease. Since having a monthly sports therapy massage my back & leg pain plus numbness in my toes has subsided. I highly recommend her!

  Jo successfully sorted my acute joint pain in my neck by doing shockwave treatment all around my shoulder blade area. It has cured it instantly- I never realised how effective shockwave would be, I assumed I needed to see an osteopath and was worried about the clicks making it worse but no need as Jo has completely sorted me out! Thank you Jo.

  Was looking for a good sports rehab massage since moving into the area. This is by the far the best I have been to, and has given me the confidence to start playing high level sports again. It is also great value for money.

  Johanna is a very skilled and highly qualified sports therapist. She has a university degree in sports therapy (didn't know this before I saw her) which is a similar level of qualification as physiotherapy. So she can do much of what a physio can - cupping, shockwave, ultrasound etc AND do pro team level sports massage. Nice treatment room too and great value. Very happy with how she helped and will definitely be using again.
