  I cannot recommend Brent Snell at Horsley Osteopaths & Complementary Health highly enough. As a cancer survivor with weakened bones due to steroids, I have to be extremely careful with any treatment I receive. Brent’s expertise, care, and attention to detail are second to none. Just days ago, I was in excruciating lower back pain, barely able to move, let alone walk. Brent worked his magic, gently releasing all the tension around my lower lumbar area without any forceful adjustments. His approach is always tailored to my needs, ensuring I feel safe and supported throughout. I am back on my feet and functioning again—something I couldn’t have imagined so soon! His skill and knowledge are truly remarkable, and his compassion makes every session a positive experience. If you're looking for an osteopath who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding results, Brent is the one to see!

  5 STARS - THE BEST - I had excruciating sciatica for 6 weeks before coming to this practice. The practice was very clean and warm and you're able to book only in a matter of days in advance. I had 4 sessions in the space of 3 weeks and my sciatica has now disappeared. Anyone who is in pain and needs immediate action, this place is the BEST!!

  Having visited various Osteopaths in the Guildford area with little success, I finally found Horsley Osteopaths which has been a great find. Brent has eased the pain and mobility issues in my neck that i regularly suffer with. A successful, professional practice that I would highly recommend.

  I wanted to write a review to pass on my upmost thanks to Karen and Brent for all of their help and support with my ongoing sciatica, back and leg problems. Nothing is ever too much trouble and their medical knowledge and expertise is phenomenal. They have worked with me over a long period of time in both treating my back problem through Osteopathy and Deep Tissue Massage and have worked as a team to help me to both deal with the pain and recover. I cannot recommend Horsley Osteopaths and Complimentary Health enough and wanted to say a big thank you to the team for their support and advice. (Also the skincare range is incredible Karen, so not only is my back better but I look younger too!! ) Thank you :-)
