  Great service from Daniel. He was very quick to respond and professional at all times. Managed to get us booked in very promptly. There was a problem in getting access to the property but Daniel just rescheduled to the next day without any fuss. Checks came back before expected and report issued straight away

  Daniel completed an asbestos survey for us as first time buyers. Given our circumstances, we had a lot of questions and Daniel did such a great job at helping us, as well as responding quickly. Our survey and results were completed in a matter of days and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone.

  I had a fire risk assessment carried out on my new-build flat as part of the selling process, and I couldn’t be happier with the service Daniel provided. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and carried out a very thorough assessment.The report clearly identified a couple of issues that needed attention, and once we completed the work based on his advice, Daniel promptly updated the report and sent through a revised version without any issues. Daniel was friendly, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Daniel offers an amazing service which is very competitively priced. He managed to get an asbestos survey done on short notice and got the results back really quickly! He's very professional the help and advice he has provided is invaluable. I would highly recommend his services!
