- JJJ JSep 26, 20261.0My partner and I went today to sell an Xbox series S that worked perfectly fine (bought off marketplace) took the console, told us to wait in town for 4 hours till they’d tested it, returned 4 hours later to them telling us they couldn’t take it due to a lack of a warranty sticker. I don’t see how they couldn’t just have a glance when I handed it to him and look for a sticker? Instead of wasting most of our day waiting around in Guildford. Will not be using this store again I’d rather sell on vinted before I’d waste a trip here.

- ABAdam BlakeAug 15, 20262.0This CEX is terrible. From the minute you walk in, you'll be confused from the backwards ordering of the shelfs. Once you do find what you want, it'll be labelled wrong or the most destroyed case. If you do manage to find a actual good deal which is rare here, buying it is a whole different process which is why this review marks the store as terrible. Five member of staff will be on the tills wondering around but only one will actually serve customers. The line will going out the door and still one employee will help. I don't know what the other four members of staff are doing but they definitely won't be helping the 10 customers waiting in line ( Over 10 minutes at the front of line just to get one blu ray and still didn't end up getting served) . This CEX has little care for it's customers and products. Just go to any other cex, I promise you'll waste your time coming here.
