  I have used Sam for probably a couple years now, I met him through him fixing my mums car, which loads of other people had problems sorting and he sorted it straight away, he’s had to do all sort to my trusty transit and he will always make sure he sorts the problem and he doesn’t care how many hours he has to put in to get it fixed, he will make sure you leave happy! And for the experience and efforts the man puts in he’s extremely fairly priced as well! Such a lovely bloke as well so you really can’t go wrong using him, cannot recommend enough! Cheers Sam! 😁💪

  Used Sam today for the first time, tried 2 other mechanics before finding sam and they couldn’t diagnose the fault. Sam quickly diagnosed the fault, fit me in to his busy schedule as it was an emergency, and fixed my car at a very reasonable price. I’ve used others in the past as I live in Epsom and Sam wasn’t on my radar, but now I’ll happily go the extra distance compared to local to me technicians to make sure Sam’s the one who looks after my car from now on.

  Cannot fault the service I received from Sam! Goes above and beyond to unsure the job is done right. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who provides a service that is as straight speaking, helpful and friendly. A credit to his profession! If all companies were this easy to deal with the world would be a better place.

  Wouldn't recommend, seems to only be responsive to get your money but inconsistent afterwards. After only 5-10mins a call back to double check the work done as vehicle started when it wasn't before the work and then stopped again. Didn't care that it's Christmas and people have things to do. Great job Sam, hope that £50 serves you well. Ample time has passed where you could have made contact, that's not quality customer service. Edit: excuse me, I called you 5-10 mins after you left, I also messages you which you responded to 3hours later! I then responded back to you and I have heard nothing since you replied to this review. Please don't lie! I'm not asking you for a diagnosis, that would have come later if you had even had the decency to reply.

  Sam is absolutely brilliant and we will definitely be using him again, whenever possible. The job we had him do was simple enough, side view mirror change, but he did a great job of it and charged us reasonably for it. I never felt that we were being taken advantage of! Our battery was also flat due to the car not moving for a week and he helped jump start it for us after he was done with the mirror without charging anything extra. These are the small considerate things that stand out for me especially since most establishments couldn’t care less and charge you wherever they can!
