  Had a problem with a water leak that had not been resolved by our insurers. We were left for 2 weeks with a large hole which kept filling up with water. No date from our insurance company as to when they were coming to fix it, so called Ross and he came the same day and did a fantastic job in getting our leak sorted. Very professional service and all done in a few hours. Very pleased with the work.

  Wow, extremely impressive! The team was straight forward from the get go. Had EMS come to install a new water supply using directional drilling, they replaced our old lead water main just over 100m with only two holes needed. Once completed you would never have known they had been. We’ve ended up with cleaner water and much better pressure. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Could not recommend enough!!!

  Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. We have two young children and we were worried about drinking through old lead pipes, but also wanted the job completing with as little disruption as possible. The moling job was executed flawlessly and the final results exceeded all expectations. The entire staff were incredibly helpful, communicative and accommodating. On leaving you couldn’t tell they’d been. Highly recommended!

  Great service from Start to finish. We were advised of all aspects of work, what could cause complicatiloms with the replacement and what may be needed should they arise. Rob and his team Navigated the tricky terrain to replace a long water main. All completed within the time frame mentioned and nothing seemed to be a problem. Highly recommend them.

  I requested a quotation for a new mains water supply and provided detailed videos of the site. A fixed quotation was issued, accepted and an installation date agreed. On the day of installation, the engineers advised that the distance had been significantly underestimated during the quoting process and that the works could not be completed for the agreed price. EMS acknowledged that the estimating error was theirs and not mine, and their communication throughout was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the revised quotation represented a substantial increase (£960) over the agreed price, leaving me needing to seek alternative contractors at very short notice. While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that the consequences of the estimating error ultimately fell to me as the customer. I hope the company reviews its estimating process to avoid similar situations for future customers.
