- HHHarunOct 3, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the CeX Croydon store. I was sold three consecutive faulty iPhone 14 Pro devices within just a few days. The latest device suffers from persistent screen freezes and multi-touch failures. Despite proving these issues to the staff with video evidence, they claimed "no fault found" and refused to issue a full cash refund. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am fully entitled to a full refund within 30 days for faulty goods. Refusing a refund for a repeatedly defective item is completely unacceptable. I have formally registered a complaint with customer support and will escalate this to Trading Standards and my bank via chargeback if not resolved immediately. Avoid this store.

- JWJames WilliamsAug 8, 20265.0Cheers George! Excellent customer service from George — Went into CeX in Croydon to pick up my first second hand DSLR camera. George gave me a few pointers that made me feel comfortable with my purchase, he clearly knew what he was talking about when it came to Camera’s. This was really reassuring as £300 isn’t a small amount of money to drop on something you’re new too! Great communication from a person who actually know’s what they're talking about when selling tech. Five stars.
