  I’ve been talking with Keith over the last ten years and he really has such a talent for quickly helping me to find the solutions that I seek, by asking me the right questions and listening, he’s steered me through some of the challenging situations that life throws at us all. I feel I’m a much stronger person more able to deal with things and when I can’t I know who to talk things over with. Keith has helped me with grief counselling, EMDR, hypnotherapy and trauma counselling after a miscarriage. It’s the speed at which he works which always impresses me, he really understands the way the mind works so well. I’ve sent many people to see Keith and they’ve had similar success. Recommended AAA++

  I visited Keith on the recommendation of my best friend. I was suffering with anxiety and depression due to a catalogue of tragic circumstances spanning the last six years. I was at my lowest ebb and traditional medicine could no longer help me. Initially I was sceptical as I was from a nursing / medical background. However I had seen the amazing difference Keith have made to the lives of two of my dearest friends. From the onset I have found Keith to be an approachable, compassionate and ethical therapist. After each session I have practiced what he has told me to do and gradually I became to feel better. I now feel confident to go it alone. I will not however hesitate to go back to Keith should I need his future specialist support. Thank you Keith more sincerely Debbie Stoten

  Where do I start?? just an amazing man, what Keith did for me over a 5 week period was nothing short of a miracle. I was on a very steep decline in my life and he completely turned it on it's head. Keith does not just help you he gives you the tools to help yourself for life. As a side note he is not in this for the money or status, no fancy clinic or over inflated prices with strict time restrictions or tough cancellation policies. Just you him in a room and a whole lot of powerful stuff!!! I would hugely recommend for anyone that wants to change their life for the better no matter how big or small the issues.

  When you feel that you’ve lost control of your life and your self esteem has hit rock bottom, Keith can help you turn everything around and put you back in control. After only 1 session, I felt calm and believed that I could deal with life once again. Keith shows you how to get your mind working for you again, so that you can quickly get back to the person you want to be. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who feels they need help.
