  Absolutely beautiful bridal shop! I found my dream dress here and couldn't be happier. Sally is incredible at what she does. She has such a vision and was able to see exactly what would suit me, even when I wasn't quite sure myself. She was so patient throughout the process, incredibly accommodating when I needed to pop back in, and made me feel completely at ease. Having the freedom to browse and try dresses without any pressure made such a difference, and her warm, welcoming nature made the appointment feel really special. Amelia was so lovely and helpful too! I genuinely felt so looked after throughout. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress. I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! xx

  Absolutely beautiful shop, found my dress and Sally is so friendly and welcoming felt amazing when i tried the dresses on. Cant wait to have them be a part of my wedding and to finally wear the dress xx

  Sally was absolutely delightful to deal with, we had two appointments and she spent so much time with us - was really patient & helpful around what changes could / couldn’t be made and not pushy in a sale at all which was a breathe of fresh air. I genuinely wish I could have purchased my dress from Sally but I found “the dress” at a different store and unfortunately it wasn’t one her brands, but I would 1000 times over recommend trying on dresses at Helena Fortley as they have a great selection at various price ranges, and lovely supportive & knowledgeable staff.

  I visited to have a look at the sample dress sale. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable the whole time I was there. I never felt under pressure to buy. I was nervous I wouldn’t have a nice experience as I was looking at only sale gowns. This was absolutely not the case I felt I got the same experience any other bride to be would get. Unfortunately I didn’t find the one on this trip but will be keeping this shop in mind for when I look again in a few months. Thank you for a lovely experience! Lisa

  This bridal shop is just amazing. I visited 7 different bridal shops in total, and this by far was my best experience. Sally, is such a lovely lady, she makes you feel at ease the minute you step foot inside and makes the whole experience exactly what it should be, just beautiful. I am so glad I found this gem of a shop after visiting so many, I said yes to my dress here and Sally made that happen. Would one million percent recommend a visit for every bride to be.
