  Keith from this company made a visit to my home to potentially discuss having a new fire purchase and fitting from his company. The existing fire is in good order but the ignition system was Kaput and spares unavailable. Keith asked if I wanted the fire fixed if he could do it.. Using his skills, knowledge and experience he was able to effectively bring the fire back to a workable condition and solved the problem. I am overjoyed that he was able to do what other engineers could not and we have got our beloved fire working again. I would not hesitate to recommend Keith and his company for the honesty and integrity displayed along with the trade skills used to effect a good repair at a reasonable price.   A really excellent customer experience from first choice fire service. From the very helpful lady who answered my phone call to the stove service and chimney sweeping from the most efficient and friendly Luke, we were so impressed and will definitely book them again for next year’s service and highly recommend them to others. Luke arrived within the allotted timeframe, was very respectful of our property and left everything super clean and tidy. Thank you very much.

  Installed our flueless gas fireplace and a shelf above it. It was very hard to find a qualified installer who would work on a flueless gas fireplace, but they replied promptly to the request for a quote, knew the specific regulations and issued a certificate as soon as the job was completed. Very efficient and courteous throughout.
