  Recently fitted vinyl. Fitter slammed kitchen door in a petulant way after asking him a question. Took nearly a month to fit after paying. Never again.

  I had vinyl fitted on Monday 21st October . Never took old vinyl flooring up before putting down new included it in charge . Never put silicone round areas which would inhibit moisture I had to ask them to do it even though it was included in price . I was advised to do it myself . Beading would not sit properly gap underneath advised to put silicone in which would make it look tacky . Bearing loose not even glued on . Waste was left I had to tell them to take it .I paid a deposit I was asked to pay balance he said he would knock off £5 for not taking up vinyl . When I said I’ll pay later with bank details he said “ we sort it out right here right now “ said he would rip up vinyl I said old vinyl he said new his attitude was not pleasant . He had to go and get silicone as fitter had none ( so no intention of sealing areas even though price was in quote) I am a carer to a severely disabled husband The job was not done to a high standard . I will never use this retailer again . He does not know how to treat customers or run his business.

  Thank you for the exceptional customer service and great quality floor covering at a discount price in February 2020. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and found me a top quality remnant, he cut it to the size I needed, then carried it to my car. The customer service was wonderful.
