  Ordered a gas fire from Burning Sensation and was extremely impressed with both the fire and the service. Sarah went through all the fires suitable for our type of flue. Took her advice and ordered a fire, and as promised it arrived within a week. The service was excellent and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Couldn’t fault anything. A big thank you.

  Fantastic showroom, it offers so much choice we found it difficult to pick just one as we liked so many. Advice for the gas fire in the shop was first class & we are delighted with the finished fireplace. Also love having the top button fire switches for the gas fire - saves my knees! The fitters were first class, very clean and tidy. Will be recommending to all my family and friends.
