The first time I went in, I got a Dell Pro laptop, but it kept pausing and freezing whenever I went online. I brought it back and was given a voucher. A couple of days later, I went back to get laptop #2 but this time in Condition A, but this one was even worse. The battery kept dying at 30% and it refused to restart properly. I honestly don’t know how they could look at that laptop and call it “new" with all of these problems. I went back again wanting a refund, but the employee helping me kept begging me to just pick another laptop from the shelf. I ended up doing it because I felt pressured into making the choice. Now I’m stuck with a crappy HP laptop that I hate using

The member of staff also swore they put it in although they didn't. Really bad experience, made to feel like I was trying to steel off them even though I paid for the game and didn't receive it. They need to change the way they handle this.
