  Great shop for picking up blu rays and 4k's which you might not otherwise find in HMV! Staff are friendly as well. My only gripe with shop, with all the glass cabinets now in place, couldn't the steelbooks kept behind the cashdeck be displayed in one? Rather awkward trying to see what's available when people are being served.

  Great shop with great staff!! The lovely girl with the green hair and the nice fella with the beanie are particularly exceptional! Always grateful for how helpful they all are when selling or buying.

  Poor attitude, the lonely guy in his final fantasy t-shirt and 2012 beanie was really rude about the old tech that we brought in, it wasn't so much the terrible price we were offered as much as this guys egg encrusted ginger goatie clad smug grin as he told me my old MacBook was worthless even in good condition (- which it is respectfully not at at its best but works well and still has a glint about it tbf) then stated with a glib laugh that my partner's iPad was only second generation so "it's not even worth two quid without the charger..." Then like a chimp searching a poo for a peanut started to destroy the expensive rubber case around my partner's other iPad saying he needed to get in it to see what generation it was - when it was switched on anyway... When I asked him if he needed to destroy the case if he was only going to offer us a tenner, he didn't seem to care about our property , he just looked empty like gravedigger with a hole in his shovel. My partner offered the passcode to try to stop him pulling the rubber case to pieces at which point he declared it was an even older iPad and was worthless too... Two minutes later he was outside vaping trying to look cool and failing.

  Easily the best CeX store I've been to. Andy, Lee and the team are always super helpful, friendly and efficient when I come to trade in and buy. Will gladly keep using this store for my tech needs.

  Great service, clean and welcoming store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, exactly what's needed. Decent prices and fair trade in values. Staff were honest when taking my consoles today and gave a transparent valuation. Night and day compared to the Kilmarnock branch. Left here smiling.
