  Having been taught by him at A Level, Mr Wakeling has a real gift for making maths click, and he genuinely cares about his students. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

  Rob the Bowtie Teacher is outstanding. He’s been helping my son Sam with his GCSE maths, and the improvement in confidence has been obvious. After every 1-1 online session, Sam comes straight to tell me how good it was, and I’ve never had any resistance to attending. Rob’s communication with both me and Sam is excellent, which makes everything really straightforward and reassuring. I already knew Rob from his time teaching at a prestigious school in Abu Dhabi, where he was more than highly regarded as a teacher and widely respected for his ability to get the best out of students. Choosing him for online maths tutoring was a complete no-brainer. Rob is absolutely worth the money, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-quality maths tutoring online.   At the age of 40 I had to relearn fractions and percentages and I could not understand them from written explanations. Rob finally helped me understand how to do them and they now appear so easy. ☺️ I passed my agility test for a job I am applying for. Thank you

  My 12 year old daughter was struggling with maths and had tried Mathnasium but it wasn’t for her. Rob was great, even online, she could understand the concepts more easily as he explained concepts in a way she could understand, and taught her easy ways to remember things. HIs upbeat and approachable demeanour meant I didn’t need to nag her to join the sessions! Her grades improved significantly but more importantly her confidence has grown to the point she feels more capable now 🤩 thank you Rob!

  I always recommend Rob any chance I get. He can support the most academically abled students to strengthen their skills and he’s also brilliant with students who find the subject challenging. He is particularly gifted in understanding and working with neurodiverse students. Absolute 5⭐️ tutor and always has the best advice and guidance!
