  I booked Black Arrow Taxis for a trip from Castle Cary station to Bristol Temple Meads, and the service was excellent. The driver arrived exactly on time for my train arrival, the car was spotless, and the drive was smooth and professional. It’s a much more comfortable and predictable alternative to the local trains when they are disrupted. Will definitely use them again.

  I used Black Arrow for an early morning airport run from Shepton Mallet to Luton. For such a long trip, I wanted someone reliable, and they didn't disappoint. The driver was at my door five minutes early, helped with all the heavy suitcases, and the car was incredibly comfortable for the 2.5-hour drive. We made it to the terminal with plenty of time to spare. Professional, friendly, and highly recommended for long-distance transfers!

  Used Black Arrow Taxis for a trip from Shepton Mallet to Bath Spa railway station and had a really good experience. The driver was punctual, friendly, and the car was clean and comfortable. It made getting to the station completely hassle-free, especially since there’s no direct train from Shepton Mallet. The journey felt smooth and well-organised from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Black Arrow Taxis if you need a reliable lift to the station.
