  Great company to deal with, no hard sell just a genuine reasonable price. First visit where basic measurements taken to price and look at different styles of windows and doors. Second visit then to take final measurements and confirm, then a few weeks later windows had been made! AJ and Joe were our fitters, and were fantastic throughout. Dealt with issues with the old windows well and were careful to avoid any damage to both the outside render ( K rend) and the inside plaster that had been poorly put on and loose in places! Clean, tidy and excellent attention to detail. As well as entertaining our daughter Matilda 😁 Would thoroughly recommend 👍

  Brilliant service and great communication throughout. Their sales rep showed us a wide range of options to choose from and the quality of their products. Their fitter was friendly, efficient and did the job to a great standard, and even walked us round at the end to make sure we were happy with the quality. Definitely worth the price!

  Impressive is an understatement. 8 windows, 2 doors and a cat flap in 4 days. On a house built in 1820. No mean feat. The guy was incredible, especially in the heatwave. Worked practically non stop. He was very pleasant and friendly , going out of his way to make the installation trouble free. No mess. No fuss. Perfect job at a very reasonable price. Not the cheapest but nowhere near the cost of the big companies that I had no faith in. It was difficult to choose a company when all you have to go on is adverts and conversations with sales people on a commission. I am glad to say I made the right choice. No hesitation in recommending them.

  Absolutely top job! From start to finish very professional and cannot be faulted in any way. We would highly recommend West Country Windows to anyone looking to have replacement windows and doors. Tony, the salesman who dealt with us, was extremely knowledgeable and explained our options. We felt at ease and he was very easy to get on with. The job got underway on time and our fitters, Luke and Bart were a joy to have working for us. They carried out the fitting in a professional manner, arriving on time every day, and were most polite and courteous. The site was left in perfect condition on completion. The finished job looks amazing and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wanting a quality product fitted by professional fitters. 10 out of 10.

  We are really happy with our new living room window, the quality is excellent. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, helpful and professional. The fitters were really efficient and thorough, leaving everything clean and tidy. Any issues were dealt with promptly and without fuss. We would happily use West Country Windows again and would highly recommend them. Thank you to all involved!
