  My wife and her sister went in to change her phone on Monday first thing and the young woman could not have been more unhelpful, she was rude and her attitude is can't be bothered as WRONG TIME OF THE MONTH!!! The woman would not help her set it up and literally slid it across the table To top it all she was given a duff phone and is now having to return to get it changed and hopefully will get a better service especially for the money we are been charged by PROFITEERING TESCO...

  Asked for some help changing provider and phone yesterday, was told to get my code first, I then asked if they could help with that and help choose a phone. Was asked what I have (SE) so she said yes we do SE’s. So I asked for helping choosing an upgrade and was told to go and look at the display, I asked for a run down of the differences and she rattled off 11,13,14,15 max and pro. I asked what the difference was and she said ‘I’ve just told you’ Rude, unhelpful, sarcastic and obviously couldn’t be bothered, more interested in looking at her own phone.
