  I had a problem with a lack of hot water. Matt came out the same day even though I hadn't used him before. He managed to diagnose the problem - a leak , then took the trouble to contact a plumber to arrange for him to come out.

  Matt was easy to contact to arrange an oil boiler service. Very thorough and professional. Good information technology also to present the bill, to pay and confirmation of payment.

  Excellent service. Punctual, efficient and friendly, I feel the health of our boiler is in safe hands. Great response to a technical fault which arose too, easy to contact and fixed the fault the very same day.
