  Mike is, quite simply, fantastic. From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at ease. He has such a warm, friendly personality, easy to talk to, genuinely attentive, and with a great sense of humour that makes every lesson feel relaxed rather than stressful. But beyond that, as an instructor, he is exceptional, truly one of the best you could ever hope to learn from. I came to him with an international licence and only had 10 hours to prepare for my UK driving test. On top of that, I was travelling from London to Taunton, and Mike went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was always kind, communicative, flexible, and incredibly supportive throughout. What really stood out was how much he gave in those lessons. It wasn’t just about passing a test, he taught me how to actually drive properly, confidently, and safely. His way of explaining things is clear, thoughtful, and reassuring, and he had a way of calming my constant nerves that I didn’t think was possible. Passing first time after just 10 hours still feels amazing, and I genuinely believe I owe that to Mike! his knowledge, his patience, and the way he teaches. I’ll truly miss our lessons, and honestly, I’d love to sit down for a coffee at Coffee 1 and have a chat with him someday:) Mike is not just a brilliant instructor, but a genuinely lovely person.   Dan King helped me finally pass my driving test. I had struggled for a while with my nerves on test day and just couldn’t seem to get over the hurdle, but he supported and encouraged me the whole way through. Dan always found new techniques and different ways to explain and show things, which really helped me improve both my driving skills and my confidence. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and would highly recommend him.

  After procrastinating learning to drive for a few years I was fairly nervous to finally do it. Dan was a great instructor, calm and chilled and very informative. The lessons were all made to fit the current skill level and improve in an efficient manor and the feedback at the end of each lesson was always very useful and constructive. Very good experience 10/10 made learning to drive less of a chore and actually fun to do. Thank you Dan
