Our sessions with Cara were amazing. She was able to really tune in to emotions and feelings around needle phobia and made an enormous difference. It was fascinating to be involved! Thank you Cara. I highly recommend her!

Cara was very friendly and very welcoming, it was easy to open up to her and it felt like she really listened and cared while being non judgmental. Usually, I'm a very anxious and closed off person however with Cara I felt it was very easy to open up about what I was struggling with and how I was coping.

Cara made a significant difference to my stress levels, and ability to cope, after just 2 sessions. She helped me to gain perspective to prevent the crippling feelings when overwhelmed. After the 3rd I had the self confidence to enter a job interview and negotiate my new role, rather than just answer questions. I would highly recommend her services. *I am so grateful for your help Cara. You have certainly managed to fix some broken parts!
