  Cara was very friendly and very welcoming, it was easy to open up to her and it felt like she really listened and cared while being non judgmental. Usually, I'm a very anxious and closed off person however with Cara I felt it was very easy to open up about what I was struggling with and how I was coping.

  I was not in a good place when I reached out to Cara. She guided me and helped me find myself again, worked through my difficulties and re-evaluated my core beliefs, gaining back a true sense of self worth and confidence. Thank you

  When I first met Cara I felt very out of control with my life. I felt that I was unable to change aspects of my life that were making me feel anxious. Since that time, Cara has massively helped me to regain control in my life in so many ways. I have made changes that have relieve my anxiety so much. Cara has helped me deal with difficult times in my past and learn ways to cope with anything now. I could not recommend her enough. Thankyou Cara x
