  Had a terrible experience with Taunton shop, my 3 broadband has been awful for years, I'm not tech savvy, so I just made do and continued using network 3, I spoke in store re this, offered a 5G outdoor hub, so I tried out and it runs fair on 4G,which is not exceptable, I had to take out a 24 month contract, which a phone Sim was also given, I explained I didn't really want or need phone Sim, now I have returned broadband hub to cancel, but network 3 have insisted I am tied to a 24 month phone sim contract, I expressed my feelings with store staff, I requested area manager number to proceed with complaint, he arrogantly refused to give information, these people really know how to trick you and trap you into contract, I have spoke to complaints online, and they back my wishes, and I am in process of complaint regards staff at store etc, alls I wanted was what I pay for and no more, would not recommend network 3.

  Absolutely horrible experience. Hannah told my mother she needed to top up her account even though she was already paying 10 per month for unlimited calls and data. When raising the issue with the store manager, he was dismissive, unhelpful and unfriendly right from the get go. We left feeling extremely upset and immediately went into EE next door and it was the total opposite experience. They were friendly and accommodating and we immediately switched. The staff here really need a refresher course in customer service.

  Outstanding Customer Service from Jack when I called in at the Taunton Store today with wi-fi problems on my Huawei router. He was soooo helpful, polite & courteous and spent a considerable time trying to resolve my problem. Many thanks Jack :-)
