  I would like to touch on the poor customer service I received during my recent visit to your store. While I was being served, the staff member was on their phone scrolling and seemed very disinterested in being there. I found this rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with at least some respect and the staff member to actually speak and not grunt. I was only buying some games but that’s not the point. This has happened several times now, each time I give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s obviously not a one off situation. Some of my friends I mentioned it to have also had similar experiences. Not worth the hassle any more.

  Staff here were great had a laugh with the member who served me was nice to have a human contact that wasn't just business only highly recommend

  Love the weston store, the guys in there are always understanding and helpful, I think it's the best store I've been to.
