I tried 3 times to upgrade. Tesco system was down last 2 attempts, so they couldn't access my phone!
Member of staff was surly and seemingly wanting to be elsewhere. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to upgrade, I may use another provider: I certainly won't go to Tesco mobile at Shepton Mallet again.
I suggest the person I was unfortunate to deal with, gets some more customer service training; her attitude was poor.

Tesco mobile is a complete crock of s**t. People can't get through to me most importantly customers!!! And I can't call anyone unless I turn my phone off and on again.. I have complained to customer services who say they have multiple mast's down and have done since I have taken the contract out (4 months ago) and they don't know when they will be repaired... Staff In store, over the phone and via Web chat totally clueless...
Phone always saying not registered on network when trying to call out... and emergency calls only...
