The engineer arrived on time and was very friendly. He was respectful of our property and carried out the work efficiently, leaving no mess. The proof of service sheet was emailed the next day.

Very friendly and polite. More importantly did a very thorough job and made sure no soot dust was able to escape into the surrounding area. Good job.
