Honesty is second nature to these people! I’ve had my Seat Altea in twice, firstly for an inspection and repair of what ever the previous garage in Sheffield had done. Rectified it all and after 2/3k miles it’s been sound ever since! The second time I chose this garage for the RAC to drop it off too. Working in a similar kind of role I did ring them up and let them know it’s on their way, out of courtesy as it’s always a head scratch when a vehicle turns up with f all details attatched! On the understanding (in my own head) it wasn’t booked in so it was a case finding time to work on it, they did fix the clutch issue, master cylinder. I did notice the Aux belt squeaking every cold start, they even replaced this for me. Everything was such a good price, everything was explained and there’s no guessing games. Refreshing to have direct and honest people taking care of your car!

Highly recommend. Took the car in for 2 front wishbones fitted which have been advisories on the last 2 mot's... then they checked the car over and found both rear shocks leaking heavily and rear suspension control arms heavily corroded (paper thin) with holes in on OS and the NS was heavily corroded and cracked all over, definitely 2 potholes away from collapsing I reckon! An expensive find but wouldn't like to imagine the outcome of collapsing with my family in the car! I cannot thank them enough! Even with the extra work all done in under 2 days!
