  The care my family member has received by Solihull Home Care has been exceptional. The assessment interview was gentle but very thorough, their knowledge of considerations for their carers approach in relation to ASD was really comprehensive and practical. Their patience and empathy has made all the difference in implementing significantly improved nutrition/weight gain and personal care. They provide great company and have supported improved mental health. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all you do.

They go above and beyond, not just meeting care needs but creating real connections with those they support. My mum always looked forward to their visits and enjoyed their company immensely. Even in her final farewell, Solihull Home Care demonstrated just how much they care. The entire team attended her funeral, sharing heartfelt stories and making the day truly special for our family. This level of commitment speaks volumes about their values and the genuine relationships they build with those in their care. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, Solihull Home Care is the best home care company in Solihull.
