Very disappointed with the quality of the work we received. The windows were supposed to be made to measure, but instead they appeared to have been cut to fit, leaving uneven and untidy edges around the frames. The finish looks rushed and is nowhere near the standard we were expecting. We also had new doors installed, and this is where the biggest problems started. Rather than fitting the doors properly within the existing openings, they were positioned differently from the originals, leaving exposed brickwork and creating additional issues. The doors were pushed out from their original position, which left a gap of around two inches between where our floor tiles ended and where the new door threshold started. I've genuinely never heard of anyone needing extra flooring work simply because they've had new doors fitted. We were left having to pay other contractors to put things right, make good the exposed areas, and deal with the flooring issues that had been created. This meant extra expense on top of what we'd already paid for the installation. What I find most frustrating is that when you look through the company's reviews, there are plenty of photos showing nicely finished doors and French doors that appear to have been installed correctly. Looking at those compared to what we ended up with, it's hard to understand why our installation was so different.Overall, the workmanship fell far below our expectations, and the fact that we had to spend even more money fixing the problems left a very sour experience.

Excellent service and quality. The process of obtaining a quote and having a survey was smooth. The work was done with very little disruption, the workers tidied everything at the end of each day and there was no decorating or remedial work to be done after the installation. There were a few small issues but these were dealt with without any quibble.
