  Very unhelpful! Booked an appointment in advance and travelled all the way only to be told that if I hand in my device it wouldn’t be returned until the next day! Why is the store making slots available if they anticipate longer service times ? Rubbish service!

  my iPhone 13 Pro Max suddenly failed to power on. The device had previously shown the charging logo, but despite multiple attempts using DFU Mode and other troubleshooting methods, it would not turn on. I suspected the device had triggered a short-circuit protection mechanism. I therefore brought the phone to your store hoping that your technicians could quickly resolve the issue and, more importantly, help recover my data. However, after I explained the situation, the staff member only casually charged the device for a short while before declaring that it could not be repaired. They then immediately quoted me a price of £520 (including VAT) for a replacement. To my great frustration, after I returned home and continued charging the phone for a few days, it powered on by itself without any further intervention. I later checked the battery health, which still showed 82%. This clearly indicates that the device was not faulty or beyond repair as your staff had claimed. I am deeply disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism shown by your staff. Their hasty diagnosis not only wasted my time but also caused me significant stress, ultimately leading me to purchase a new iPhone 17 out of necessity.

  Just been to the apple store touchwood, was buying my mum a surprose ipdad, we was booked in after WE asked for help, 3 staff asked us what we requested after this and said we were in the queue, yet they all then stood their with another 3 member of staff and no one came to serve us, so I walked out, customer service is disgusting, the shop was not even busy, they would rather stand and talk than help customers out

  I Wouldn’t even give 1 star. My battery dropped suddenly from 60% to 1% and showed “battery not genuine” — Apple Support confirmed it was only a software glitch, not a fault. I travelled over an hour, use a wheelchair, and explained my disability affects my understanding. I asked them to speak to a family member to explain clearly, but the manager refused, was rude, and told me I had to pay £95 for a new battery, claiming the phone was “tampered with” — even though I bought it brand new and had never opened it. Unprofessional, no understanding, and gave wrong advice. Save your time and money — go to the Birmingham location instead.
