  Waste of our time. We had an appointment for the repair of two phones. On arrival we are told that we only actually have an appointment to speak to someone about a repair, not actually doing the work! Waste of a 45 minute drive. Very frustrating.

  I booked an appointment to replace the battery of my iPhone. They broke my iPhone and told me to get back for motherboard replacement. Then I received an email that motherboard arrived but I need to go to the shop by a certain time otherwise they cannot hold the piece for me! The piece that they broke!!! I live in Coventry and I told them I can’t go to Solihull during working week. I am so disappointed by Apple poor workmanship. I am sure of I replaced the battery in a third party shop that would be perfectly done and drama free.

  Pathetic I turned up for at 9:25 for my appointment at 9:35 as my phone has an intermittent charging issue. I get checked in and told to wait which was all good with me as I was early. The “guru” greets me when I sit down at the “genius” bar says he is with someone else and will be with me in a few minutes no problem what so ever as I’m still early. My appointment time comes and goes as he is still dealing with the other customer. I was not spoken to again or eye contact even made. It’s now nearly 9:00 other customers have come in and been seen by other staff members there issues sorted purchases made. My son who was sitting next to me had another staff member come and basically told him to move “so my customer can sit down” this would have been fine had it A been someone who wanted to sit down and B if the rude staff member had asked nicely. The young man came over and told my son it’s fine and he can sit down again which was decent of him. It’s now 10:10 the first customer with my “guru” has now gone and he walks off no eye contact no acknowledgement and starts doing something else. At this point I have 25 minutes left on the pre paid carpark (I paid for 1.5 hours) having sat in the Apple Store for 50 minutes I had to walk out so I didn’t get a carpark fine. There were so many sales people on the floor pouncing on anyone who walked in yet no support for a faulty product. This is extremely poor service from Apple will not be using Touchwood store again and am seriously considering a switch to android after this experience. I traveled 45 minutes from Coventry paid £3.90 for a carpark total time wasted 3 hours on a valuable Saturday off from work for literally nothing. I’m no further forward with a faulty iPhone 17pro max less than a year old.
