My 12yr old booked an appointment because his phone wouldn’t update, so they put it in recovery mode, but it wouldn’t update and wouldn’t restart. “Take it home and connect it to your laptop - it’ll be fine ” they said. No it wasn’t- it’s completely bricked, yet they’ve fobbed off a child and left him phoneless. I’ve tried appealing to them and complaining to their customer service, but they’ve told me it’s tough because I didn’t buy it there and are now stonewalling my complaints. Well it’s his birthday next month and I’m moving him to Android for good. I’ll never buy anything from that overpriced, over hyped company again.

The genius bar staff here are not helpful at all. I kept getting accused of being late and told I have to wait longer when in fact I was on time, none of the staff were available to actually check me in, how do you expect me to approach a staff member when they’re in the middle of sorting out someone else’s problem to say I’m here for my appointment? Don’t make sense. Avoid going to this branch, they won’t help you with issues on devices.

Appointment at the genius bar could not save my air Pods Pro Max but being told with lots of empathy and direction and full disclosure from Anthony was a nice touch. On time and fully aware of steps taken to test and fix where approached to no avail, but Anthony was a shining example of how to deal with customers wether the news is good or bad. Thanks for the time today .

"I came in here to check out the Apple Watch accessories, but no one came over to see if I needed help. The same thing happened when I was looking at Mac accessories, too. The Apple Store was not as busy as it was on a weekend or bank holiday

Excellent service from Tom today! After an EE appointment that lasted barely 2 minutes and left me with no real help, so i decided to visit Apple right next door Staff member Tom took the time to properly inspect my phone, explain the issue and get both my battery and screen sorted. Professional, patient and genuinely helpful. Apple were brilliant — thank you, Tom !!!
