  Steve was at my door to look at my tumble dryer within two hours of calling him, he diagnosed the problem and helped advise new machine to purchase as previous one was not safe to continue using. Answered all my follow up questions. Thanks again!!

  Easy to contact and arrange an appointment, gave me a timeslot and called when they were near to arriving, quickly worked out what was the issue with my oven and also checked other points to prevent other issues arising in the future, gave a clear quote, got the parts quickly and completed the repair with no unexpected surprises or additions being made, what more could you ask for? Very professional!
