  Steve and his men worked hard for 3 days doing fascias & sofits, and also renewed the flat roof on the utility. On the 3 hotest days of the year They tidied up each night and cleared all the rubbish. I would highly recommend them

  So pleased with work carried out by Steve and his team last week on two canopy roofs to the front of.my house. The job entailed cleaning and painting the canopy covers replacing two gallows brackets on each one and fitting soffits and facias.I'm very satisfied with the result and the price. Also had a glass roof replaced with lightweight tiles and finished with fascia board at the back of my house it’s now a usable space as it was too hot with a glass roof before. I would highly recommend Facia Plus Home Improvement Ltd

  Steve and his lads replaced our fascia boards, guttering and down pipes! They also changed our ridge tiles and replaced with a new dry system!! Amazing job very professional, great communication, extremely positive experience, could not praise them more, thanks for the brilliant job!

  Steve and his team has done a fantastic job on both our roof and my wife's mums flat roof the work is outstanding he arrives on time and leaves late so as to get more work done I would recommend him to anyone well done to all his team

  Steve and his team installed some dry valley gutters, replaced some worn felt, and replaced guttering and fascias under the eaves, and also above the kitchen and garage on the ground floor. They also installed dry verges. The work seems to be of very good quality, and his team worked very hard and professionally. Unfortunately a couple of things spoiled the experience. Firstly, we asked for a price for the additional work above the kitchen and garage. Instead of giving us a price and getting the go-ahead, Steve just went ahead and did the work, and charged us for it. This was £2500 extra, so it’s hard to excuse this as some sort of misunderstanding. Sadly this has undermined my trust in Steve and I doubt I can use him again in the future. Another issue is that we asked for a proper receipt and for the details of his 10 year guarantee in writing. So far this has not been forthcoming. Given the amount of money we’ve paid over, this is really important. I have never in all my years dealt with a tradesman who has been unable or unwilling to provide these. Also I would add that we would have liked to pay by credit card, which would have given us some extra protection. Despite his vans clearly displaying the credit card logos, it was a bit of a shock to be told that no in fact they don’t take credit cards. So we had no choice but to pay by bank transfer. We also found that communication was very poor, again in contrast to all other tradesmen we’ve ever used. Unless he’s chasing for money, he doesn’t seem to be interested in discussing requirements. So to summarise, good work but let down by unprofessional business practice. I should also point out Fascia Plus gave us the highest quote of all the tradesmen we considered, and we went ahead because we were impressed by Steve’s presentation when he came to discuss the job. However the final price turned out to be more than three times the original quote, because when they started they found that there was extensive damage to the roof felt, which added a lot to the time and cost. We had no choice but to believe them at that time - we are not roofing professionals and have no idea - but after this experience I can only ask myself were we right to trust them?
