- PPPhilipJun 25, 20261.0Absolute joke of a shop and company! Got a 'so called' 5G wifi hub from here and returned it within a week which I was told would be free of charge if I didn't get the speeds (which I didn't) so they said it was all sorted and no charge. They then produced a bill and charged me, so had a complete ball ache on the phone to customer service which was eventually resolved. But.....I now have a 'missed payment' mark on my credit score for something I didn't even own for a week and returned well within the cooling off period. Absolute shambles! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Join EE or O2, much much better companies and customer service.
