  Our 12-day private tour of Scotland was truly the trip of a lifetime, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, our travel specialist, Jane, did an exceptional job planning every detail of our itinerary. She took the time to understand what we wanted to see and experience, and created the perfect balance of iconic landmarks, breathtaking scenery, fascinating history, and hidden gems. Everything was seamless, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the journey. Our driver, John, was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease throughout the journey. His passion for Scotland was contagious, and he shared wonderful stories, local history, and recommendations that made every stop even more meaningful. He navigated the winding Highland roads with ease, always ensuring we arrived safely and on time, while remaining flexible whenever we wanted to linger a little longer or make an unexpected stop for photos. It truly felt like traveling with a knowledgeable friend who wanted us to experience the very best of Scotland. Scotland itself exceeded every expectation—from the dramatic Highlands and peaceful lochs to the charming villages and historic castles—but it was Jane's thoughtful planning and John's exceptional hospitality that transformed a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable experience. We are incredibly grateful to both of them for creating memories that will last a lifetime.   I am baffled this place has such few reviews because, as far as I'm concerned, this is the one and only place you should ever use if you're planning a visit to Scotland. And I am beyond grateful we got to experience it. Let's start from the top. Choosing a travel agent was a daunting endeavor no matter which way you spring it. There is so much to consider and so much worry to be had. Jane took all that anxiety and transformed it into one of the best experiences of mine and my mother's life. Detail oriented and incredibly personable, she curated our trip to our needs and wants with expert precision. I dont think we could've gotten a better experience if we tried. Customized to my own needs, being a person who plans to move to Scotland in the near future and thus making this trip semi-business to discover letting agents and flats and the like, it never felt like work! She had the perfect itinerary to give us a taste of Scotland that left you wanting more, but also left you the furthest thing from dissatisfied. It was like the start of a good book you cannot wait to finish. The 5 day trip was planned so smoothly and effortlessly, it was like Jane was born to do this. Because of my planned move, we concentrated mainly on seeing Glasgow, but she managed to squeeze in a trip to Loch Lomond and Inverary that were beyond priceless. Even when the trip began, she was always available to answer our any questions we had. Now let's talk about Jim, our driver. I dont think I have met a kinder, sweeter man in all my days. His contribution to our trip, the friendly atmosphere he provided and the absolute wealth of knowledge he provided made this trip absolutely perfect. A gentleman to the bone, funny as anything and a complete gem of a man, he eased both my mom and my worries about this large move I plan to undertake, even so much as urging me to stay in contact when I move so he can make sure I'm okay. I'm rest assured that if we went without a driver like Jim, we'd be all the poorer for it. To bring to a conclusion, I typically dont write many reviews and certainly don't write them this long, but I knew from our first full day in Scotland that I would have to for this company. Do yourself a favor and when booking a trip to Scotland, choose none other than this one. They went completely beyond my expectations and I can't wait to book another trip with them!

  We booked 2 days with Alan (Allan?) driving us round-trip from Edinburgh to Inverness. He was a conscientious driver and a brilliant guide, helping us to refine our choices of roads and stops in transit. Patient with all of our special requests, and always with quick Scottish wit. Would book again in a heartbeat. The office staff helped book Stirling Castle, Loch Ness cruise and other notable attractions. We were definitely overbooked (our fault, not theirs), as our group of 7 included folks from age 15 to age 80 who are not easy to keep on a schedule.

  This is the second time that Jane Richmond has arranged a tour for me. The first time was a guided tour with a group of six. This time I am traveling alone. She has been an enormous help and is very responsive. I will definitely be back for another trip.
