took about 40 minutes to be seen and then had nothing but cheek from Carly , never had such shocking service or abuse in a shop - have reported to her head office , do not like to leave bad reviews but this was something else ! i literally told her my 19 year old dog passed away in the same sentence 2 days previous and she continued to slam laptops and tell me she wasnt serving me as i asked why a deal was advertised instore of they arent doing it there , also was highly stroppy with manager when dealing with customer before me --- someone should have a look at the cameras her body language would be enough to scare folk away!!full review handed into tesco about this.HIGHLY UPSETTING!!

Don't use them i have reached out to Tesco mobile both online and in store in Dalmarnock about tech issues in need of assistance failing to address my grievance fobbing me off with someone will get back to me and nothing also an issue of still paying a sum of money even though the handset was paid off beginning of the year they don't care in providing customer service care
