A fantastic little gem of a jewellery store. The staff provided an excellent service and presented it fully wrapped. I’ll be back.

I took My Mum’s jewellery in to get a pendant made, from the design to seeing it finished service was amazing. I can’t wait to show it off now.

Fiona designed a ring for me using some of my late mother’s jewellery . It is really beautiful and I love having a little bit of mum with me wherever I go. Huge thanks .

I visited Jan Allan Jewellers today to have two rings resized and needed them done the same day. No other jeweller could help, but Jan Allan jewellers agreed to do both of them for me today and did an excellent job. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The rings came back perfect, I’m absolutely delighted with the service. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and great customer care.
