  I visited Jan Allan Jewellers today to have two rings resized and needed them done the same day. No other jeweller could help, but Jan Allan jewellers agreed to do both of them for me today and did an excellent job. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The rings came back perfect, I’m absolutely delighted with the service. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and great customer care.

  I'm not sure there are the words for how grateful I am for the Jan Allan team, but I'll give it a try. I came in with a vague plan for an engagement ring using the stones from a family ring, looking for something that still said 'engagement' but was masculine and fitted my partners style. Fiona and Kimberly gave me so much opportunity to talk through my options, listening and understanding our needs. The end result, gorgeous, a beautiful piece combining everything we could have hoped for, I cried when picking it up and I'm so glad I went to such a homely team to get this done. Thank you all again for all your work and kindness.

  I had my grandmother’s ring resized at Jan Allan Jewellers, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I called, the store assistant (possibly the owner) was incredibly friendly and helpful. During my visit, the store attendant thoroughly inspected the ring and sized my finger, setting realistic expectations about the complexity of the resizing due to the size reduction. I felt very confident leaving my sentimental piece in their capable hands. Just one week later, I received a call that my ring was ready for collection. The now ring fits perfectly and I can now wear it every day. I highly recommend Jan Allan Jewellers to anyone in need of their services. Both store attendants I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process.

  Had my two rings made into one originally and it was a beautiful job, recently had to have it enlarged and again a lovely job. So pleased with the service.
