  I have used Stephen and his Team for 3 Bathrooms and 2 Kitchens. Their work is totally first class, the whole Team are punctual, tidy, friendly and super reliable. I have been absolutely delighted with the high standard of work carried out and always recommend Stephen to friends and family. 10/10 ✅

  Worst experience and probably the most disgusting one I’ve ever had to deal with regarding a so called “professional” company. He failed to do his job properly and without notice cancelled several times he stated he would come to fix it so I contacted him asking him to tell me beforehand if he couldn’t make it he replied with this. When he failed to do so he make discriminatory remarks and made threats.

  AVOID!! I used this company back in november 2024 and it was the worst mistake of my life. Their installation led to two major flat leaks in my living room, hallway, and ofcourse the bathroom costing me over £2k out of pocket. This company came back to ‘rectify’ the issue using a load of silicone for a gap that is larger than 5cm as seen in the pictures. I had to buy seals and trims to cover the rest of the gaps myself to fix this temporarily. He has no accountability for his company, clearly has no respect for peoples times, accuses people of lying who give real honest reviews about his company and reports them as false to continue doing extremely bad works to other peoples homes. This owner even went as far to give my business a fake review as a response to my honest review on yell when my business was completely unrelated. Shows the level of pettiness and who the real liar is. See the pictures below for evidence and try label me a liar for this too Stephen. The finishing is absolutely unprofessional and this will cause issues again. For now, i have lost faith in this company and will proceed to claim back from trading standards.

  I have tried to write a review on Yell, but Stephen keeps reporting it. It’s really awful and unprofessional that the owner of this company cannot take constructive criticism. I had first gotten my bathroom done by this company almost two years ago and the job done was incredibly rushed and not up to standard. I had noticed some problems with the work, like the wall panels not aligning nor were they stuck on the wall properly. There were gaps between the wall and the shower tray despite being siliconed. I had referred to Stephen about my worries, however, I was simply told that it would take a few days for the wall panels to dry and the gap shouldn’t be an issue. Now, the silicone around the tray has completely peeled off and when I look at it, there is a good 7cm gap between the wall panel and the shower tray. There shouldn’t be this much of a gap in the first place. This has meant that water has leaked into the gaps in the wall and caused dampness. This was a mistake caused by his workers for rushing the job and not properly aligning/ cutting the wall panels in the first instance. I had reached out to Stephen and made an appointment for him to look at it but he postponed a few hours before his workers were meant to come. Once is understandable but TWICE, in the same manner is completely unprofessional. I find this to be a complete disregard for people’s times and an improper way of conducting business. I had tried to write my honest review on Yell about how I was completely unsatisfied with the standard of work and how I wanted him to rectify the situation. However it was taken down by Stephen and he had told me stop. He eventually sent out his workers to fix the issue, but once again, the standard of work is abysmal. They had merely placed a silicone tape around the shower tray, not fix the actual issue of the massive gap between the wall panel and the tray. They had also poorly placed the glue around the tray. This job is not up to standard and will be needing a fixed again in a couple of months. I am extremely disappointed with the work and the unprofessional manner that Stephen is conducting his business. If this business truly cared for their customers, they would do their best to rectify their mistakes by fixing the actual issues. Save yourselves the headache and find a reputable and competent contractor instead of this company,

  This company is a total scam. Their £5,000 bathroom renovation caused massive leaks, forcing me to rip up floorboards in my living room and hallway, which the contractor refused to pay for. He voided his warranty by slabbing silicone over a 5cm shower gap knowing it would fail, then blackmailed me by refusing to return unless I left a positive review. He scheduled three appointments, missed his timings all three times, and cancelled last minute. When he finally showed up, he lacked basic professional tools, asked for my fairy liquid, and smeared silicone with his fingers, leaving a wonky, uneven mess. Avoid this rogue trader.
