  I LOVE this CeX, its quite an experiance, you have to browse about for what your looking for, sometimes they have it, other times they dont, its part of the fun, them sometimes you find that one hidden gen, for example Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Forse on the DS is a game I found and loved from CeX, and staff are friendly amd the prices are resonable and most trade in's are decently priced unless its the DvD Penny Price, so over all i'd say this shop is amazing and they shoukd keep doing what there doing, 5 stars all round!

  Went in last week and bought a PlayStation, the tall boy and the shorter boy were rude. Customer service was worse than 1 star. Went back in today because the controller wasn't taking a charge. After asking me if I had tried charging it and telling them of course, the tall lad exchanged it. Him and the short girl who is tomboyish had stinking attitudes while trying to have a casual conversation. That is the tall lad, shorter lad and the girl that have all been very unpleasant to deal with. I'll never be back in the shop. If you wanna keep costumers, have a word about their attitude because each one came across as if I was an inconvenience when I'm in spending money.

  Bought Pokemon Ruby, got it home and had a closer look, it was clearly fake. Returned it for a full refund and they listed it for sale again the next day despite knowing they were fake. Buyer beware, the store knowingly sells fake products.

  Going in is always a lucky dip, might find something you really wanted for a while or you might find nothing. But it’s one of the few stores that have physical things to look at.

  Good shop with nice staff however the manager is a disgrace to the company. My brother who is autistic is a loyal customer that goes In regularly however one his last occasion he was refused service by the manager due to using my mums card. I understand that it is company policy however the manor it was dealt with is unacceptable. He told my brother that he was breaking the law and that if he didn't get cash out to make the purpose he was going to phone the police. This caused him a great deal of distress and luckily a member of staff from the comic shop across from them was in (meaning there is also a witness) and took him into there shop to cheer him up and gave him some free merch. Absolutely apauling from the manager someone who can deal with situations like this correctly should be put in place to ensure this kind of thing doesn't happen again.
