More than OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I have never honestly experienced this level of service before. Massive thanks to Jay: he is absolutely irreproachable: kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring throughout the whole process! Jay really took the time to explain things clearly, answer all my questions and make sure I felt supported at all times. It is very rare to come across a company that combines such a high level of knowledge dedication and kindness. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Mohammed saved our holiday. We had driven nearly 1000 miles from Austria when on the M25 we had a big problem. We showed up at Mohammed’s street on a very hot Sunday (more than 30 Degrees). He immediately knew what was wrong with our car and said he’d be able to fix it by the next day. He helped us find accommodation and brought us there himself, giving us tips on how to spend our time in Windsor. He even gave us each a bottle of cooled water, just so kind. The next day the big problem with the car was fixed and we could continue our journey. Great mechanic, with a kind heart, who went the extra mile!
