- SRSally RobinsonSep 11, 20265.0We had a broken gully and Tommy was able to fix it really quickly. He gave great advice, was very honest about what we did and didn't need and was very responsive. 100% recommend if you are looking for someone local to help with any drain issues.
- SMSue MarshallAug 5, 20265.0Tommy came out to us on the same day I contacted him. He successfully sorted out our Drain blockage within an hour and at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend Tommy and Madden drainage to anyone with a drainage issue.
- NMNatalie MasonJul 23, 20265.0Tommie was fantastic throughout our experience with him. From getting back to my enquiry the next day, to sorting out the drain survey visit independently and within just a few days of initial enquiry. And finally, sending through a comprehensive report then ringing me to talk through it and offer some very helpful advice. Thank you Tommie, if only all tradespeople were as easy to deal with as you, the world would be a better place!
- CPChris PalmerJun 30, 20265.0After another company surveyed my drain and quoted over £2,000 for repairs, I contacted Tommy for a second opinion. He carried out a thorough CCTV drain survey and sent the video straight to my phone, clearly showing that the drain was actually in good condition. Rather than trying to sell unnecessary work, he gave honest advice and explained how to maintain the drain going forward. It’s refreshing to find someone so trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tommy and will definitely use him again if I ever need his services.
- SCSunny ChanJun 2, 20265.0I can't thank you enough for Tom's excellent service! He was almost the end of the day but he just drop by in 30 mins I called him. He listened to my problem patiently and provided quotation reasonably. He absolutely knows what he has to do and found the source of the blockage and fixed it in just 30 mins. I couldn't think a plumycan be that nice. I would absolutely recommend him if anyone needs a plumber !
