  I can't thank you enough for Tom's excellent service! He was almost the end of the day but he just drop by in 30 mins I called him. He listened to my problem patiently and provided quotation reasonably. He absolutely knows what he has to do and found the source of the blockage and fixed it in just 30 mins. I couldn't think a plumycan be that nice. I would absolutely recommend him if anyone needs a plumber !

  First class service from Tommy from start to finish. Arrived right on time and straight on with the job. Talked me through the plan and I was kept updated throughout. Very approachable with lots of knowledge especially when troubleshooting the maze of our drains. Even after the work was carried out Tommy still checked over any concerns I had and was full of advice to prevent any further problems. Well priced and would highly recommend to friends and family.

  Tommy came out quickly and cleared the blockage to my property, he provided a helpful video showing me what had caused the problem also, as well as information on how to avoid problems occurring in the future. Would definitely recommend Madden Drainage.

  We had an issue with our sink gurgling whenever the toilet was flushed. They came out the very next day and identified the problem straight away — the main drain was blocked. They cleared it quickly and also cleared a small drain at the back of the house at no extra charge, which was really appreciated. Tommy was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Excellent service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.
