  From start to finish this company has gone above and beyond to provide us with a suitable replacement printer/copier. Our new machine was delivered today and fully installed to our network. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avanti to any businesses who are looking to replace their old machines with new ones at a really competitive price.

  As a retired engineering management consultant I am highly delighted with the service I have recently received from Avanti Business Equipment. From my initial cold phone call to their extremely helpful receptionist to the final installation of a used but practically new Ricoh IM 2702 printer/copier machine this turned out to be a smooth and satisfying experience. I soon found myself to be talking to the sales director Stephen Thurston who is also the Managing Director of the company. He gave me a great deal of help in deciding which was the best machine to meet my needs, and I was impressed and greatly appreciated the pleasant and helpful way in which he transacted the sale of this excellent piece of Ricoh equipment. The two gentlemen who delivered the machine were equally helpful, they arrived promptly at 8-00am and made light work of carrying the heavy printer upstairs and made sure that I would be able to connect the machine up and get it working myself. They also removed my old and extremely heavy Ricoh MP2000. Avanti’s IT expert Chris was also extremely helpful in recommending the best Ricoh driver for my IM2702, and within just a few minutes of chatting with him by phone, the Ricoh machine was churning out clean and clear printed copies from all my various Apps including Sibelius music notation software. It is very reassuring to know that companies like Avanti exist within my local area and the Japanese multinational company Ricoh themselves have every right to be proud to have Avanti serving them in the UK.
