  Clive and Rosalinda were recommended to us following the death of my mother in November last year. Their help and support throughout the process made a difficult time a lot easier to manage. They listened to what we needed and made suggestions appropriate to our needs. The service went smoothly and our family were extremely appreciative of how things were done. We would highly recommend them.

  Only after working with cathy did I fully understand the job title, of funeral director,because she did direct my wonderful dad's funeral. She guided us with professionalism ,and care all the way through the process. Offering support to all the family and liaising with printers,and florists,so that the day came together seamlessly I really can't recommend pughs highly enough for their loving care of dad,and us his family. Cathy thankyou so much you made a daunting difficult time as stress free as you could and we felt guided and cared for throughout

  Superb service from this lovely couple. They both displayed such understanding and respect - with a fantastic sense of humour which is imperative to get you through the whole experience. I cannot recommend Rosalinda, Clive and Basil highly enough. In fact I'm actually sorry to say goodbye to them as they honestly feel like personal friends. Do not bother looking elsewhere - these are the people you need!!
