  Great water filter service, done in no time. Good communication saw Kyle arriving as planned and the service completed, filters changed, etc in less than half an hour. He spotted a small leak and replaced a seal that was troublesome and it was job done. Local company, local staff, excellent workmanship. Also nice to chat with the owner and founder now into his 8th decade, about how business and times have changed. A traditional company and pleasingly still with traditional values. See you in 18months for the next service 👍🏻👍🏻

  We contacted Mr Baldwin after his company came up as the top local supplier for water softener installations, and from our very first phone call we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to explain the entire process in detail, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely confident. In fact, we were so impressed that we didn’t feel the need to contact any other suppliers. Mr Baldwin arranged for Kyle to visit our home, and he was equally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything clearly, talked us through the installation process, and ensured we understood all of our options. We received a very competitive quote, which we were more than happy with, and quickly booked our installation. The installation took place this week, and we are absolutely over the moon with both our new water softener and water filter. The quality of the workmanship and the service from start to finish has been outstanding. It’s refreshing to deal with a family-run business with over 60 years of experience that genuinely cares about its customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a water softener or water filtration system. Use them—you won’t be disappointed!
