  What a joke company , you order ps5 games online and they just put ps4 games in the box like it doesn't matter and they did this to me twice and nobody even gave me my money back or apologised to me...JOKE COMPANY I'm going to the store though and I'm making a scene.

  Stopped by the window display at CeX in Telford Centre on New Street and couldn't believe what I was looking at. Right behind the glass, sitting front and center, was a pre-owned 512GB Valve Steam Machine priced at £1,250.00. Absolute pure comedy! 🤣 Valve launched that exact model direct for £879 retail, but CeX thinks they can slap a £371 markup on a second-hand, used unit—and it doesn't even come with the official Steam controller pictured! That is a 42% markup for literally zero added value. The rest of the display cabinet is just as absurd: A 10-year-old 2016 dual-core MacBook sitting there for £630 (Apple dropped OS support for this years ago!). A loose 3DS cartridge (Fire Emblem Fates) for £225. A 2012 Xbox 360 game (Asura's Wrath) that locked its actual ending behind DLC, going for £40. CeX in a nutshell: pay trade-in sellers pennies at the counter, slap an eye-watering markup on used hardware, and hope a clueless passerby drops mortgage money on pre-owned stock. Skip the glass cabinet markup trap, build your own open PC hardware, and run your setups on your own terms for £0. Total clown pricing. 🤡🏴‍☠️🤣🤣🤣

  First time visiting the telford store. Told me all I needed to know about it. Sold me a broken disc that wont read. No quality checks at this store. Inspect your items carefully when shopping here. All other CEX stores have been perfect.

  Walked past the Telford store and couldn't believe the display window. Charging £78 for a second-hand PS3 title (Metal Gear Solid) and £50 for beat-up PS1 discs (Breath of Fire IV) is pure greed. They're charging museum prices for 15-to-25-year-old plastic disc cases when modern PC open hardware and free emulators run the exact same software in 4K 60fps for £0. Total rip-off targeting casual buyers who don't know any better. Save your money.😂😂😂😂🏴‍☠️🤡 piracy £0

  Staff was really helpful yesterday as I honestly didn't think I could get the PlayStation fixed I was literally in panicking but they calmed me down and done an excellent job of knowing exactly what was wrong and how to fix the issues. My kids will be over the moon they get to play again
