  First time visiting the telford store. Told me all I needed to know about it. Sold me a broken disc that wont read. No quality checks at this store. Inspect your items carefully when shopping here. All other CEX stores have been perfect.

  Walked past the Telford store and couldn't believe the display window. Charging £78 for a second-hand PS3 title (Metal Gear Solid) and £50 for beat-up PS1 discs (Breath of Fire IV) is pure greed. They're charging museum prices for 15-to-25-year-old plastic disc cases when modern PC open hardware and free emulators run the exact same software in 4K 60fps for £0. Total rip-off targeting casual buyers who don't know any better. Save your money.😂😂😂😂🏴‍☠️🤡 piracy £0

  Changed my review got cash for my games today and the new guy who served me is a credit to the store had a great conversation with him very nice guy respect dude 👍 his staff ID is 66352 as i couldn't find how to review on receipt

  Staff was really helpful yesterday as I honestly didn't think I could get the PlayStation fixed I was literally in panicking but they calmed me down and done an excellent job of knowing exactly what was wrong and how to fix the issues. My kids will be over the moon they get to play again

  This store has lost a loyal customer of 20 years after a very disgusting customer service took the guy 20 minutes to find a so called crack in a Xbox 360 controller taking it too the window twice ! To ask a higher manager and still couldn't find a crack 😅 if it takes that long there's clearly nothing wrong with it ! My autistic brother refuses to walk into thks store now after they made him really uncomfortable and overstimulated Also too add on the Xbox 360 I checked it all out before I gave it in so the crack happened during testing 😏 they soon took it though when I had enough and said I'll take a lost on the controller Ive learnt what gaslighting is today for sure 😂🙈 Best place too trade and sell to this day has too still been cash providers
