I took a perfectly working gaming headset which should of absolutely passed tested with flying colours. The glum looking woman behind the counter told me 45 minutes and when I returned she was like the sound wasn't high enough. Shocking, I really enjoyed using the service and I am gonna close my account as well. Unless you are buying items you get treated poorly and patronised. I will have to find another place to buy my games from in future.
