  I saw that Carcierge had a mini for sale via Auto trader. On a Sunday, Tom sent me several walk round videos, the service history and answered every question I had before I put a deposit on the car. I unfortunately have had issues with some companies buying cars over the years, however these guys are as straight as the come. On turning up to buy the car, Tom was completing a valet, they had serviced it and had also put on two new tyres as they had noticed they were getting slightly low. (Without me asking) There was a customer wanting to buy another car at the same time I was picking this one up. I thought Tom handled this really well, ensuring he completed all relevant transaction activities, making me feel like a valued customer. I will be back to buy another car from here. They provide truly excellent customer service and I hope their business continues to grow and goes from strength to strength. Brilliant.

  Absolutely top-tier service received by Ollie who collected my car from Bristol port & brought it back to Shropshire. A few weeks later he transported my car to & from the garage and every time my car was handled with care and precision. Great communication, great service and great guy. Will definitely be recommending to my car buddies.

  Oliver helped me out by transporting my Jaguar XJ to a specialist for work. The return journey was delayed whilst parts were sourced but this was not a problem. The service was excellent and the price very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

  Can’t recommend these guys enough. Went above and beyond when it came to purchasing my golf R from them even though I had funding issues on my part mid way through. Car is immaculate, drove 2.5 hours home and didn’t miss a beat. Over the moon with it. Cheers guys highly recommend top blokes
