Ollie and Amy who own and run Carscierge are simply the most helpful and professional company I have had the pleasure of dealing with for a long time and were fastidiously careful with my new car and truly went way beyond my expectations.   On a spur of the moment thing I found myself looking into m140i bmws late at night bored. I come across the carscierge advert for what looked to be a stunning Melbourne red m140i. Got approved for the purchase the next morning and had a phone call with Tom not long after. He was so down to earth and relaxed and even though my shifts for work are awkward we come to a date that suited my days off When I arrived to collect the vehicle the next day I actually think Tom undersold the car it was absolutely amazing condition for the age and mileage. When I arrived I was greeted by Tom who handed me the keys and said he would let me do what I needed to do and if I needed anything he was just outside. No pressure no one following you around just amazing service. Once I had checked over the car and done what I needed and signed everything I then spent some time just talking to Tom about the car and cars in general. He’s clearly very passionate about cars and it’s nice to speak to a salesman who actually understands cars for cars and not just reading off a load of numbers from a spec sheet I had a lovely 3 hour drive home through mid wales and south and wow this car was amazing the whole way home. Hopefully I won’t have to for a while now but if I ever need to buy another car these guys will be the first place I look. I have bought a fair amount of cars over the years but Tom and the guys at carscierge have given me a service that no one has ever come close too! Thank you very much guys Im grateful for the service I received

  Brought a mk7 gti performance pack at the end of June, the car has had a few issues. Such as clutch and pcv valve. Few garage visits however the service from Tom and ollie was great. They resolved all issues as quick as they could and at no cost to me other then plenty of fuel. Whilst the car wasn't perfect, the service was and the cars now up and running with hopefully no issues. Would recommend for a trustworthy garage.

  Great service provided by Carscierge Ltd, following initial contact to enquire about selling my car, they offered a great price. From there, the service was great from organising a quick collection date and payment upon collection once checks had been completed by the teams driver. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Give them a shout if your looking to sell your car, especially a M140i.
