    After searching for a while finally managed to find and buy my Megane rs from these guys in the spec I was looking for. Dealt with Tom who was honest and didn't feel pressured at all. The car had a small issue after delivery which was covered by them. Would recommend to others.

    Unbelievably good service from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and would certainly be using again in the future. Was a very long journey to both deliver and collect a car, and amazingly the delivery arrived under a minute from the estimated arrival time. Superb communication throughout.

    After two really difficult experiences with previous garages, I honestly went into this purchase with a lot of caution. We were looking at a Ford Focus ST, and this ended up being the last attempt before giving up on buying this type of car altogether. From the beginning, Carscierge were completely understanding about our situation. They took the time to listen to what had gone wrong in the past and genuinely seemed focused on rebuilding our confidence rather than just pushing a sale, which made a big difference straight away. Both Oliver and Tom were very personable and friendly throughout the process, which helped make everything feel straightforward and relaxed rather than pressured or rushed. There was no pressure at any stage. We were given all the time we needed to look over the car properly and take it out for a test drive. The car had been MOT’d and serviced prior to collection, and when I noticed that brake pads had been flagged as an advisory, they had actually already been changed, which gave extra reassurance about the preparation of the vehicle. One thing that stood out was the transparency around the AA warranty — it was offered at a very fair price with no hidden commission added on top, which meant we could afford to go for a longer level of cover for extra peace of mind. We travelled nearly two hours to view the car with our 3-month-old, and we honestly wouldn’t have made that journey had Oliver and Tom not already put us at ease beforehand. So many garages we had contacted previously seemed purely focused on the sale, but this experience was completely different and gave us the confidence to go ahead. The car itself was priced very reasonably, especially considering the low mileage for its age. Both the interior and exterior were immaculate, particularly for a car of its age, which really stood out compared to many others we had seen previously that showed a lot of wear and damage. It clearly reflected the attention to detail in how the vehicle had been prepared and presented. After purchasing the car, we had an independent inspection carried out, which was not in any way questioning Carscierge, but purely to put our minds at ease after two previous disappointing experiences elsewhere. The inspection came back with the car in overall excellent condition. The only minor issue was a slightly buckled wheel, which would have been easily missed, it was that minor. When I contacted them about it, I had an immediate response and they covered the cost of the repair the same day without any hassle. Poor Tom and Oliver really did get the brunt of our worries throughout the process, but they handled everything excellently and never made us feel uncomfortable for being cautious. That level of aftercare really says a lot. It’s rare to find a dealership that responds so quickly and takes responsibility like that after the sale. Overall, the whole experience has been genuinely reassuring and has completely changed how we feel about buying a used car. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them in the future or recommend them to others looking for an honest and straightforward purchase. Thank you both.

    We purchased an Audi S3 from this garage a few months ago and, shortly after getting it home, noticed the clutch was slipping under hard driving. It had been easy to miss on the test drive, and I'm confident the issue wasn't known to them at the time of sale. Within two hours of calling, they confirmed they would replace the clutch at no charge. They took the car back within the week and returned it to us the following week with a new clutch fitted. Throughout the whole process I never had to chase anyone, and I never had to prove the fault — though the wear was evident once they had the gearbox apart. The level of service during the repair was every bit as good as it had been when we bought the car. We were kept informed, treated as a priority, and the whole thing was entirely stress-free. They also gave us the opportunity to add some extra work and uprated parts while everything was already stripped down. The car has run flawlessly since we got it back. I would return to this garage without hesitation, and would encourage anyone to buy from them with confidence — not just because of the quality of their cars, but because you know that if something does go wrong, they'll simply put it right.

    Ollie arrived at my house to check over my vehicle prior to transporting it to Shrewsbury. He was smartly turned out and gave clear instructions as to what he was doing throughout his visit. The business was conducted very efficiently and I would have no issues whatsoever in recommending him and his company to prospective clients. Thankyou so much for taking care of my lovely old Golf GTD and hopefully handing it over to another owner🙏😄
