- SCStephen copeMar 31, 20261.0We went in this shop after looking on the website that was saying that you could do the returns via a shop which the lady behind the counter said no we can't do that so as she was looking into this i was looking on my phone to show what it says on the website and she went on a wobble and stood up and left us standing there and then left her manager to deal with the issues which in my thoughts she didn't really know the answers too so we have come away this shop is an absolute waste of time to have this shop in St Helens 😉

Went in the other week to sort out my contract and get a sim, was served by a woman, didn’t get her name. To start off she was very rude and aggressive towards me, I felt like I was getting forced into buying lots of sims when I really only went in for my own sim. The shop seems very unhygienic! A very weird, off putting smell was lingering around. Quite literally disgusting! I did not feel like I was the customer as this woman was serving other people at the same time which made me feel very disappointed! Safe to say I will not be returning back to this shop and I certainly won’t be recommending my friends and family to here
- JHJohnny HughesNov 19, 20184.0Called in to 3 in st helens as my sister was having problems getting her new fone to feed off her WiFi with 3 however the male assistant (didn't take has his name but he's a bearded assistant) was really helpful and within 10 minutes had resolved the problem to my sisters satisfaction so we'll done you, would recommend the St helens branah without doubt.
