  We’ve had such a positive experience with Les . She created a warm, welcoming environment where my daughter felt safe and understood.   Les massively helped our daughter with her fear of dogs. Helping her believe in herself and not let her fear take over - resulting in her going back to nans house after refusing point blank for months due to them having a dog. Couldn’t thank Les enough!

  We were recommended Les as someone who may be able the help our 10 year old daughter with anxiety. Les quickly built a great rapport with my daughter and the sessions were full of laughter and happy chatting. The recording she made for her was beautiful and has made a big difference to bedtime anxiety and my daughter's general wellbeing. Les is warm, professional and highly skilled. Thank you Les!

  I was recommended Les from a friend when I had mentioned I had travel anxiety, within 3 sessions I have to say that she has honestly changed my life. The whole experience was so interesting and enjoyable and she immediately puts you at ease. I can't recommend her enough!
