  Alguns funcionários despreparados para atendimento ao público. O gerente Yousouf não tem nenhum critério de ordem ou prioridade de atendimento, se chegar do lado dele sendo bonito ou bem vestido ele atende primeiro.

  I recently like 27/02/2026 6:00 pm visited the Three mobile store because I wanted to buy a new phone. At first, one of the female staff members was polite and explained everything clearly. I appreciated her help. However, when I asked about a price difference I noticed on the Three app and showed it to her, another staff member suddenly interrupted our conversation. He told me to “just go buy it online.” The way he said it was very rude and dismissive — it felt like he was telling me to leave the store. The situation became even worse when I said I felt uncomfortable and asked to speak with the manager. He responded, “I am the manager, so what?” This response was shocking and completely unprofessional.he’s name is tanny. The way I was spoken to made me feel humiliated and racially discriminated against. I came into the store ready to purchase a phone, but instead I left feeling upset and disrespected. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming to everyone. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken so other customers do not experience the same treatment. Thank you
